These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Bookdence, including hotel search, reservations, wallet, support, and related booking functionality available through the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Bookdence, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the related policies referenced by the platform, including the Privacy Policy and booking-specific terms presented during checkout.
2. Platform Services
Bookdence provides hotel discovery, reservation flow interfaces, wishlist functionality, and booking support features. Hotel availability, pricing, and policies may vary by property and selected room type.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate guest, contact, and booking information, to use the platform lawfully, and not to interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the website.
4. Pricing and Availability
Displayed pricing is subject to availability and may change before a reservation is confirmed. Taxes, fees, discounts, and final totals are presented during the booking process where applicable.
5. Bookings and Confirmations
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the booking flow is completed successfully and Bookdence generates confirmation details or booking information.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, refund, and modification rules depend on the hotel, room type, and booking terms selected. Users should review these conditions carefully before completing a reservation.
7. Payments
Payment methods made available through Bookdence may include card, UPI, or wallet-based options depending on the booking flow. Users are responsible for entering valid payment information.
8. Wallet Credits and Taxes
Refunds for eligible cancellations and other amounts credited to your Bookdence Wallet are credited after deduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other taxes or statutory charges applicable under Indian law. The wallet balance displayed in your account is the net amount available for use, and taxes deducted at the time of credit are not refundable to the wallet. By using the wallet, you acknowledge that credited amounts may therefore be lower than the original amount paid. For questions about a specific wallet credit, please contact Bookdence support.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
The Bookdence website, interface, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bookdence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, booking disruption, third-party property issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
